Hi, I’m Erin Hill.

I am a licensed acupuncturist practicing in the heart of Hailey, Idaho, serving the Wood River Valley since 2012. I am passionate about helping people feel and function their best. My love for movement and the human body began early, growing up as an athlete in the beautiful Wood River Valley. That passion led me to study Integrative Physiology at the University of Colorado in Boulder, followed by a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in Portland, Oregon.

My curiosity about sports medicine and healing took me even farther—across the Pacific to Japan, where I spent time at the University of Fukuoka studying Sports Medicine Acupuncture. These experiences have shaped a well-rounded approach to health, blending traditional wisdom with modern understanding of physiology and performance.

Today, I specialize in sports medicine acupuncture, but my work extends to supporting chronic and acute pain, injuries, women’s health, anxiety, mood, allergies, sleep issues, digestive concerns, and more. My goal is to create a welcoming, healing space where every treatment is personalized to your unique needs.

Outside the clinic, life is full and joyful—I’m married, a mom to two young girls, and share my days with three dogs and (far too many!) goats. I also love teaching kettlebell classes and staying active, because I believe movement is a cornerstone of vibrant health.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, seeking relief from stress, or looking to feel your best, I’d love to be part of your journey to better health.

My Approach

My Approach to Healing

Healing is not one-size-fits-all, and neither is my approach. I combine the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern, evidence-based techniques to create personalized treatments that address your unique needs.

In my practice, I use a variety of modalities, including:

  • Acupuncture – both needle and non-needle options for all comfort levels

  • Electro-acupuncture – targeted stimulation to enhance recovery and reduce pain

  • Bodywork – hands-on techniques to release tension and restore movement

  • Moxibustion & Infrared Therapy – gentle heat to improve circulation and healing

  • Cupping Therapy – to relieve muscle tightness and promote detoxification

With additional training in sports-specific acupuncture and experience in both Traditional Chinese and Japanese styles, I’m able to adapt my methods for athletes, active individuals, as well as those with more chronic and non-sports-specific concerns, and those seeking overall wellness.

Beyond acupuncture, I integrate tools such as Chinese herbal medicine, nutritional guidance, supplementation, exercise therapy, and lifestyle education to support your healing both inside and outside the treatment room.

I treat patients of all ages—from children to adults—with the goal of helping every individual reduce pain, restore balance, and build resilience for the long term.
